MyCozumelCondo is a kilometer north of San
Miguel on the idilic island
of Cozumel.
Offshore from Cancun in the tropics of Mexico's
Yucatan,
the island retreat has been protected by its wealthy residents and retains
its pristine character. Visitors are welcomed out of its rich Mayan heritage
of hospitality, which is miles away from the hardened hotel culture of the
mainland.
MyCozumelCondo is located
between the town of San Miguel
and the new golf course on the quiet Hotel Parkway North. Our representative
will meet you at the airport. Every kind of water sport is available along
the miles of shoreline that feature sugar-sand beaches or stunning coral
heads with little universes of sea life.
Cozumel is traditional Mexico
and progressive Mexico.
Its Mayan history is remembered in several of the spectacular archeological
sites nearby but also in the Sunday night Fiesta in San Miguel square. But Cozumel is progressive - offering visitors exquisite
food and service in hundreds of unique settings. World class jewelers and
local artisans make local shopping a delight.
MyCozumelCondo is located three stories above the pristine Caribbean
with panoramic views that reach 180 degrees along some of the most glorious
coastline on the island.
Two flights of stairs up, the condo encompasses a quiet world with only eight
condo units sharing a private pool, a comfortable man-made beach with palapas
for shade and a pier for easy pickup by dive, snorkeling or fishing boats.
 MyCozumelCondo has central air conditioning The
Living Room and Master Bedroom face a spacious balcony set up with six chairs
and a table for outside dining and a double Jacuzzi with a spectacular view
of the sunset during a romantic evening soak. The decor includes an
entertainment center with a telephone, CD player, VCR and Satellite TV with
HBO. The Dining Room area is beautifully decorated with a table and six
chairs. There is a full kitchen with a microwave and blender. A cook is
available (by arrangement and at additional cost) to prepare traditional
Mexican meals.
MyCozumelCondo has two large bedrooms with two baths and a personal vanity
area in both. The Master has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two
double beds. With the pull-out bed in the living room, you can sleep
eight. Plush terrycloth robes are waiting to enfold you. There is 6 day
included maid service with fresh towels and linens. You bring your own beach
towels. But there is a washer and dryer.

Cozumel's amazing Palacar Reef, one of the
great reefs in the world of seas, was made famous by Jacques Clousteau and
offers SCUBA diving in water so clear you can see down 300 feet. But the
Cozumel Snorkeler also discovers ocean beauty seen only by divers with
underwater gear in other places. These pictures were taken along the coast in
front of MyCozumelCondo. Together with sport-fishing, windsurfing and soon
golf, this is paridise!
Your hosts on this adventure
are seasoned in the lodging business, having owned and operated the James Mulvey Inn, in
Stillwater, Minnesota
for 17 years. This condo was an irresistible bit of extravagance for us
and we believe you may be smitten by it as we were.
Inquires on MyCozumelCondo can be made by phone, fax or e-mail. Reservations
will be received only by phone for US guests and other means for
international travelers.
A reservation is
guaranteed by a 50% non-refundable payment with a personal check or money order. The balance is due 45 days before the reservation date. Both
payments must include the 12% value added Mexican tax. As all payments are
non-refundable, we strongly advise that you plan carefully and take out
travel insurance to protect you from any unexpected difficulties.
