pool and beach. One step out on the
balcony and you will see what a local described as one of the best views on
the island. You will see that the condo is right on the ocean with a 180
degree view from the 302 is a small but very
efficient unit that provides all the advantages of a condominium, over a
hotel venue. Our complex has only 9 units, yet with a generous, secure pool,
beach and extraordinary snorkeling area. You can step out to party but you
always come home to an exclusive, quiet and ultimately private living
environment. THIS IS IN COMPLETE CONTRAST TO THE PERPETUAL POOL PARTIES AND
ROOM RATES THAT ARE TYPICAL OF TODAY'S MEXICAN HOTEL SCENE. And MyLittleCondo has all
of the comforts of larger units cleverly contained in a perfect living space
for two. The balcony has a table and two chairs and is a choice place to
enjoy breakfast and the dawning day. Inside the sliding glass door is a
sitting area with two loveseats, fantastic Italian lighting, a CD player,
television/VCR and of course English programming. There is a phone with
internet hook up and a hacienda chest to store your suitcases. The central living space
has multiple usages. It functions as a bedroom. A full-sized Murphy bed folds
out of the hacienda style cabinet. On either side of the bed are his and hers
wardrobes with separate closets and drawers for each. During the day, table
folds up from the wall to accommodate two chairs with Mayan metal art motifs.
This eating setting is dramatically enhanced by an original surreal painting
of a Latin sunset. Two extra folding chairs hang nearby with a cot available. You also have a very
useful galley kitchen. It has a stove with oven and broiler, a refrigerator/freezer,
a microwave oven, and stainless steel sink and cupboards with all your eating
and food preparation items - a coffee pot, blender and a toaster. The bathroom is pristine
with floor to ceiling tile. The shower is a three way Euro unit with a
regular shower head, a hand-held shower head and a multi jet body massage
setting. We have sought to
decorate this condo in an extremely bright and striking modern style. There
is really nothing on the island that provides the amenities, ocean setting
and economy that MyLittleCondo 302 does. Inquires on
MyCozumelCondo can be made by phone, fax or e-mail. Reservations will be
received only by phone for US guests and other means for international
travelers. A reservation is
guaranteed by a 50% non-refundable payment with a personal check or money order. The balance is due 45 days before the reservation date. Both
payments must include the 12% value added Mexican tax. As all payments are
non-refundable, we strongly advise that you plan carefully and take out
