We enjoyed our stay for one week in March of 2006 in Cantamar #303. It was our first trip to Cozumel. The condo is beautifully decorated in bright Mexican colors, which we loved. We so enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the lounge chairs and had fun watching the harbor with the telescope. Every amenity was provided to ensure a relaxing vacation. Snorkling was great right off the property. Waking up each morning seeing and hearing the ocean from your bedroom was fantastic. We saw many sights, ate at great restaurants, went scuba diving, but the highlight was how comfortable and relaxed we were staying in this wonderful condo. Thank you for such a great place! The people of Cozumel have done so much and worked so hard to restore their island since the hurricane. There is no need to stay away from Cozumel, everything is ready and available for tourists.

In January 2006 we stayed in Cantamar Condo 302 (My Little Condo). We have stayed at Cantamar previously in a 2 bedroom unit and split cost with another couple. With just the two of us this visit, 302 was affordable and we still had the oceanfront view and the great snorkeling in front of Cantamar! We had met Jill and Truett the previous year and they had showed us this unit. We were comfortable beyond our expectations! This unit is decorated very nicely and you feel very "at home"! Thanks Jill and Truett for sharing a part of your paradise with us! We will return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our third stay in Cantamar, #303 in July. As always, the condo was wonderful--and cool--despite the warm tropical summer temps outside. It's so nice to "come home" to your condo and we are always interested to see the latest decorating touches or amenities you've added since we last visited. Thanks for all you do to make this a special place to stay. We'll be back again...and soon we hope!

We stayed at #303 from Jan. 26 - Feb 5 for 7 days of 85 and sunny every day. Jill has decorated this home with sunny and bright tropical colors including beautiful handpainted artwork on the kitchen, master bedroom and bath walls. They have thought of absolutely everything you need. The view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular. You are only minutes walking from the market square and many restaurants that far exceed the Twin Cities best restaurants. We are divers so we enjoyed diving and then returned to the peace and tranquility of this condo. The beach and pool are wonderful ammenities! Can't wait till next year.

We spent 4 days, May 14-17, 2004. We had 10 guys, no spouses, many celebrating our 50th birthday, friendships going back to the 4th grade. We had a wonderful time on Cozumel. We learned what was negotiable and what was not (like golf). 5 or 6 guys went scuba diving every morning. Your neighbors are great. We met Todd and "Lexy" at the pool, they took us to a fine Italian restuarant, name escapes me at this time. We met another couple from Colorado and their daughters, fine people(sorry for loss of memory(must have been the drinks!). Toured the island, went to the east coast and enjoyed good food and drink at Coconuts (must have been wild at Spring Break)and another beach bar. Visited San Francisco beach, beautiful people, sand and water. All of the people of Cozumel were wonderful, they know the secret of life because they all seemed so freindly and happy. We enjoyed the Sunday celebration in San Miguel square. We ate at Casa Denis twice. We saw many cruise ships in and out of the harbor. There ws a large fishing tournament with over 100 boats leaving at the same time, what a sight. Your condo is beautiful. As an architect, I think you did it just right! You are very fortunate to have such a nice place to go. Thanks for making it available. I would love to bring my family, three boys(19,15,7) and my wife Mary to see what paradise could be. Many thanks, Jim Venker

It was our first visit to Cozumel, and we had a great time! The condo was a wonderful home away from home. Jill has done a fabulous job of decorating and everything was there that we needed. It was pleasant and quiet, and yet we could walk or drive into town for dinner or shopping or a parade! (Carnival) We felt safe and enjoyed the charm of the local people. Snorkeling right off the dock was unbelieveable. The sunsets at end of day, so beautiful!

Hi--- We were guests of condo #302 March 6-13 and it was a glorius week. The condo was almost as comfortable as our own home but with a fantastic view and wonderful weather. Jill and Truett have made a truly exceptional getaway in this place, bright colors, comfortable furniture, all the necessaties and more. Their decorating is second to none and makes you feel as if you belong to Mexico. Sunsets on the balcony are surreal and the most relaxed feeling comes over you just watching it. As always, there is much to do in the immediate Cozumel region, outstanding snorkeling, beachfront dining and general relaxing at Chankanaab, fascinating Mayan sites (this time we went to Coba and Tulum, last time to Chichen Itza), day trips around the Island, new restaurants to try and enjoy, relaxing in the shade at San Miquel's main plaza. A great week, in "another world", sunny and warm, only four hours away from Minnesota!

What a terrific place! This place has everything, except for the beaches to walk. Everything else makes up for that. Privacy when you want it. We basically had the pool to ourselves. The snorkeling right off of the pier was fantastic for fish types and colors and coral. We waved down boats going into the marina to take us for a half day snorkelling trip and they picked us up at our pier. 302 is very spacious and we supplimented 303 as an extra bedroom, as we had 3 couples. The sunsets were georgious every night, as we sat on the private deck. A short walk to town, 15-20 minutes, provided ample great restaurants that were easy to get in to, because the cruise ship passengers would leave by mid-afternoon. Bottom line, we would highly recommend Cantamar. Easy to get to from the airport and while we were there.

Three of us stayed at Cantamar 303 in February 2003 for a week. It is a very wonderful, quiet, peaceful spot to stay. The condo is beautiful and has all your needs and maid service. We layed in the sun a lot down on the sand and we just enjoyed sitting out on the pier watching the boats. The deck is spectacular for sitting and taking in the great view. This was our fisrt trip out of the US and we enjoyed your place very much!! You can see fish right on the pier and crabs walking across the rock. Very fun!! Thank you!

I recently returned from a wonderful week in Cozumel at Cantemar 303. The photos on this website don't even begin to properly represent the homey feeling the owners have created. Beautifully decorated and apponited as only you have seen in "Better Homes and Gardens". The unit faces the West, so every evening you are treated to a magnificent view of the sun setting into the horizon. And of course, the scuba diving and snorkeling in Cozumel is one of the best places in the world. On this trip, we saw several sea horses, sea turtles and "splendid toad" fish. I have been to Cozumel many times, but staying at Cantamar 303 has help to make this the most memorable of them all. Thank You!!

I would just like to say...VERY NICE! It is hard for me to think of a more relaxing vacation. The Condo was very nice and it was easy to feel at home. The snorkeling was great and it was just off of the pier. A nice distance from town and easy to get to and from without any problems. Very nice...Thank you!

Our entire family had a wonderful time. It was our first trip to Mexico and we weren't quite sure what to expect, but a successful vacation begins with a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Your condo certainly exceeded our expectations in that regard, and the hospitality of the on-site staff and local management helped us feel right at home in new surroundings. We enjoyed the amount of activities that were available right at the condo – from snorkeling right off the pier (fantastic), to swimming in the pool and relaxing in the sun – I think we could have had a great time without ever leaving the condo. Add to that the friendliness of the local people and the many activities in San Miguel, we found that there was plenty to do without even leaving the island. After returning to our cold Minnesota winter we immediately began looking forward to a return visit (we were already contemplating our return visit before we had landed). My wife Ann and I had the pleasure of staying in Cantamar 303 from January 5th to January 19th, 2002. Two years ago we stayed at another condo and although it was nice, it was sterile compared to Cantamar 303. Your place has been decorated with care and love, as evidenced by all the little things you have added and the extras you have provided. The terrycloth robes were a pleasant surprise. Ann and I are avid snorkelers, so we enjoyed the fish decorations, especially the little fish on each of the shower hooks. We really enjoyed the snorkeling at Cantamar. We saw eels, squidd, flounders, scorpian fish, file fish, cowfish, trunkfish and many others, right out front. The view is terrific. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships at night and witnessed several fabulous sunsets. Cantamar is far enough from town that we had the privacy we enjoy and close enough that it was an easy walk when we didn't feel like taking a taxi. The building is well maintained and Fulvio, the manager was available and very helpful any time we had a question. We hope to return to Cozumel with my wife's parents next year and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else! Thank you!

I lived in MyCozumelCondo #302 for six weeks! All the conveniences of home packed in to a classy room with a stellar view. Now PADI certified and several shades darker, I could not have left any more pleased.
