Welcome to Miramar 102

Located in a boutique, meticulously maintained 12-unit building along a lighted seaside walking path, Miramar is known for its peaceful atmosphere and quiet pool. The oceanfront setting offers excellent snorkeling directly out front via ladder access, along with a large pool suitable for laps, a water-jet spa, and a unique 15-foot platform ocean jump off that delights young and old.

Inside, the condo features a spacious open living and dining area with ocean views, defined by architectural details, custom furnishings inspired by modern Mexican design, and hand-painted murals. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and quality appliances, making it easy to cook and gather. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a sitting area with ocean views, custom storage, a separate vanity, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two double beds and a private bathroom. Miramar 102 opens directly onto the pool level, providing easy access, while the spacious terrace remains set back behind a grassy lawn for privacy. With air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washer and dryer, purified water, and regular housekeeping included, this condo offers a comfortable and relaxed oceanfront stay.

  • "Love this condo! Love this area of the island, taxi ride to town or an easy 2 mile walk to town. This condo is on pool level. Easy in and out of pool to condo for cocktails or lunch. 102 has a well stocked kitchen if you like to cook or they have a long list of restaurants in the welcome book. You can also find some snorkel equipment to use. Also no need to pack beach towels and the unit also has a washer and dryer. Love this place and we will be back."
